I think I’m going to take a break.

I’m having a bit of a hard time with this month’s short. Part of me wants to scrap it and part of me wants to finish it. My time budgeted for other things has run over and I’m sacrificing writing time to get them done.

Yesterday when I was working on the short, I looked in my folder and found that it is number twelve. Why is twelve so important? When I started doing the shorts, I set a goal for myself to compile every twelve of them into a book and publish it for sale here on the site. So technically I’ve reached that goal.

It’s been a while, but I’m back.

It’s been a long time since I’ve blogged. I thought that since starting this new site, I would keep my entries to writing-related posts only. Truth be told, while I did enjoy the break for a while, it has been wearing on me for some time. I can say I really, honestly miss it.

I kept all of my entries from my old blog on private. Last night I went through them all; culled some and trashed a bunch of others. Some of them were too childish and whatnot to bother putting up here. I still have them though and I may go through and do some more culling. In the meantime, my Old Post Promoter will randomly re-post them as it has been doing with my other posts.
