I wrote this one yesterday. This is the first thing I have written in over ten years.I was working in the yard a few weeks ago clearing a spot for our new shed, miserable from the heat, when the wind started to blow. I decided to apply a technique I saw in Jet Li’s Fearless wherein everybody in this remote village would stand up when the wind would blow, as if to absorb its energy, and then continue working with a seemingly renewed spirit.
